As Project Supervisor, you coordinate and lead the execution of electrical installation activities within complex maritime projects. You ensure progress, quality and safety on site, while keeping teams aligned and focused on delivery.
You operate at the intersection of execution, engineering and project control, maintaining oversight and momentum throughout the project lifecycle.
Specific duties in this role include:
- Coordinating daily electrical installation activities on board and on site
- Leading technical teams and external parties during execution phases
- Translating project plans into clear, workable execution priorities
- Monitoring progress, quality and safety, and adjusting where required
- Acting as a key interface between execution teams and project stakeholders

Wat heb je nodig
- Technical background in electrical engineering or a related discipline
- Experience in supervising electrical works within project environments
- Comfortable leading teams in dynamic and time-critical settings
- Clear communicator in Dutch and English
- Decisive, structured and solution-oriented
