ILS Advanced Level

The ILS Advanced training is delivered classroom-based and/or in-company and connects seamlessly with the ILS Foundation & Practice training. This course is intended for professionals who have mastered the basics and want to further deepen their knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Integrated Product Support (IPS) and Asset Management within an industrial and maritime context.

The training has a flexible structure and is tailored to the knowledge level and practice of the participants. The composition of the group can vary from ILS Engineers within Defence (DMI) to consultants and specialists in technical documentation, and we actively use this diversity to stimulate depth and knowledge sharing. For in-company programmes, we specifically tailor the content to the organisation and its projects.

We deliberately work with small groups (minimum 4 participants), so there is room for interaction, depth and personal attention. Participants are actively involved throughout the training and work with practice-oriented assignments and cases, both individually and in groups. This allows the theory to be directly translated into daily practice and the participants’ own working environment.

Within both Defence and the cooperating industry, there is a clear need for a modern, practice-oriented and flexibly deployable training course in the field of ILS, IPS and Asset Management. U-People responds to this need with this training. The emphasis is on deepening the core topics and the connection between analysis, design choices, sustainment and decision-making.

The training is delivered by ing. Remko van Russen Groen, who works at Defence as an ILS / IPS Adviser. Based on his extensive experience within complex, technically intensive environments, he is able to connect theory and practice in a clear and directly applicable way.
