As an Electrical Design Engineer – Lighting & Safety, you will be responsible for:
- Designing complete lighting installations and safety systems for luxury superyachts
- You will translate client requirements, class regulations and technical standards into practical, reliable and high-quality electrical designs.
- You will work closely with project teams, interior suppliers and clients to ensure that all lighting and safety systems are fully integrated into the yacht design.
- From the initial engineering phase through project completion, you will play an important role in delivering technically sound, safe and visually outstanding electrical installations.

What do you need
- HBO degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar technical discipline.
- Several years of experience as an Electrical or Hardware Design Engineer.
- Experience with designing electrical systems and preparing technical drawing packages.
- Experience with lighting systems and/or safety installations is an advantage.
- Able to translate customer requirements and regulations into practical engineering solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work within multidisciplinary project teams.
- Proactive, accurate and solution-oriented.
- Good command of Dutch and/or English.
