We are looking for a Parts Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in the building and maintenance of luxury yachts. For a premium yacht builder with a strong and growing presence in South Florida, we are looking for a Parts Coordinator based in Miami / Fort Lauderdale area.

You will join a leading international yacht builder specializing in high-performance luxury motor yachts ranging from 40 to 120 feet. The company is known worldwide for its craftsmanship, engineering quality and discreet service level. The South Florida operation is expanding and plays a key role in supporting an exclusive client base in the United States and Caribbean

Vacancy information

As a Parts Coordinator, you are the vital link between our workshop and the supply chain. You source, order and track all parts and materials for our yacht builds and maintenance projects, manage inventory and keep suppliers and the team aligned. You handle purchase orders, logistics and customs documentation, and always look for smarter ways to source, without ever compromising on quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare work orders and coordinate parts availability in alignment with production and maintenance schedules;
  • Maintain and manage the parts inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels at all times;
  • Handle import/export documentation and customs requirements for international shipments;
  • Take full ownership of the entire shipping process, from coordinating freight to tracking deliveries;
  • Uphold a clean and professional workspace;
  • Ensure the right parts are available exactly when needed, directly enabling fast job turnover

What do you need

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience;
  • Experience in a parts or logistics role in the technical industry;
  • Familiarity with yacht systems and components is an advantage;
  • Accurate and good communication skills;
  • Comfortable working with ERP or inventory management systems;
  • Hold a valid USA working VISA.
