Vacature informatie
As a Draughtsman, you will design and develop the mechanical systems that power high-end, custom-built yachts. Working closely with Project Managers, Production Engineers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams, you will contribute to innovative engineering solutions from concept through final delivery.
Your responsibilities include:
- Design and develop mechanical systems, including HVAC, hydraulics, plumbing, and other onboard installations.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D engineering drawings using AutoCAD and other CAD software.
- Develop piping layouts, routing plans, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Production Engineers, and other engineering disciplines to deliver integrated design solutions.
- Translate technical requirements into practical, high-quality engineering designs.
- Ensure designs comply with technical specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Provide technical support during the production and installation phases, resolving engineering challenges as they arise.
- Continuously improve designs and contribute to innovative, tailor-made engineering solutions for each unique project.

Wat heb je nodig
- Bachelor's (HBO) in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years' experience, or MBO with 5+ years' experience
- Experience with AutoCAD and 2D/3D CAD software
- Knowledge of mechanical systems
- Strong English communication skills
- Independent, proactive, and team-oriented
