How did U-People help you find your new job?
They contacted me offering me the opportunity to move to the Netherlands to work as a tooling engineer in the naval industry. They provided all the information I needed to prepare for the interviews. They also managed all the meetings and the relocation with a lot of flexibility to adapt to my situation at that time.
What has been the most enjoyable or surprising aspect of your new job and/or work environment so far?
It is impossible to know what the next tool we will develop will be, and that is exciting. Moreover, you get the chance to see how the tools you design are produced and used for their purpose.

What do you think U-People did well?
First of all, they found this amazing job for me.
Furthermore, they helped me find a home in the Netherlands, which was one of the biggest problems. They asked about my housing preferences and sent me plenty options that met my requirements until I found one I liked.
Last but not least, they organized the meetings with the hiring company (a shipbuilding company) excellently, both the conversations via Teams and the company visit in the Netherlands.
