How did U-People help you find your new job?
I saw several great positions on the U-People website, so I sent an email. I was contacted shortly thereafter by a U-People consultant, after which we had a meeting. During this meeting, we discovered that I would be a good fit for a position as Project Leader within Defence. Shortly after this meeting, I was able to attend a job interview at Defence, arranged by the consultant at U-People. After multiple interviews and an extensive screening, I eventually started working in this position.
What has been the most enjoyable or surprising aspect of your new job and/or work environment so far?
In my new job, I find it particularly pleasant that I have the freedom to truly carry out my role as a project leader. I have been given the space to act according to my own judgment. Moreover, I have helpful colleagues who are always ready to assist whenever needed.
