Our client is an EPC contractor specialized in the execution of large-scale and complex offshore projects.

As Tender Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing international tenders and commercial opportunities and managing the preparation and submission of project proposals for complex offshore works. You will lead multidisciplinary tender teams and coordinate engineering, planning and pricing activities to deliver high-quality, competitive tenders.
Specific duties in this role include:
- Analysing tender documentation received from potential clients and identifying key commercial and technical requirements.
- Coordinating the preparation and writing of technical and commercial proposals.
- Preparing, reviewing, and validating cost calculations, risk assessments, and project planning schedules.
- Acting as the central point of contact for clients during the tender and negotiation phases.
- Leading, motivating, and coordinating a multidisciplinary tender team, including specialists from Engineering, Legal, Insurance, Finance, and Project Controls.
- Liaising with subcontractors, partners, and internal support departments to gather inputs and align strategies.
- Managing internal approvals and summarizing tender results for management and client submission.
- Leading tender clarifications and commercial negotiations with clients.

What do you need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in tendering, preparation, and follow-up of offshore installation projects such as oil & gas platforms, decommissioning, or marine civil infrastructure works.
- Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation skills.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient user of MS Office applications; knowledge of planning tools such as MS Project and/or Primavera is considered an asset.
- Willingness to travel abroad for short-term assignments.
What do you need
