Getting to know each other
Together with the responsible Recruitment Consultant, you will discuss whether your profile aligns well with the position. You will also determine whether the organization and your ambitions fit well together. This meeting takes place at our office or via Teams.
The Introduction
If a good match is found, we would be happy to introduce you to our client. The goal is for you to have your first job interview with our client within 2 weeks.
The Interview
Great, our client wants to speak with you! Before your interview, we will provide you with all the information you need for a successful and pleasant conversation. A positive interview is usually followed by a second interview, and sometimes a third. Plenty of opportunities to ask your questions!
